Earn a Bike
Is the Earn a Bike Program Right for you: The Earn a Bike program provides access to working bicycles for those who may otherwise not be able to afford a bicycle. We do not do means testing at the Bikes Together; rather, we ask you to consider your personal circumstances and financial standing. If you find that you could purchase a bicycle, Bikes Together retail stores supply high-quality refurbished bicycles, starting at around $250. If you feel you would be a good fit for the Earn a Bike program, please proceed to fill out this form. If you’re not sure, please contact us at 303-393-1963 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Participants may receive one bike per year from Bikes Together through the Earn-A-Bike program with a maximum of three free bikes per lifetime to avoid misuse of the program.
How old do you have to be to participate: 14 years old and up. Check out our Rodeo program for ages 3-13.
What kind of bike will I get: You will receive a bike that is fixed up and ready to ride. You tell us about your riding preferences when you sign-up and we pick a bike according to your bike preferences. There are no guarantees about what your bike looks like, but we do our best to pick a bike that fits and gets you around in style.
So wait…how does this program work?
